Solutions Package · Nonprofit
Connect the Nonprofit Package — or any monday.com build — to the tools you already use. Every nonprofit’s tech stack is different. Rather than pricing every combination in advance, integrations are billed hourly at OrangeDot’s nonprofit rate and scoped after a short discovery call.
Typical Effort Ranges
Integration Add-Ons
Every nonprofit’s tech stack is a little different: a finance system here, a legacy donor database there, an automation platform someone set up two years ago. Below are the integrations we’re asked for most — based on real client conversations. All are scoped after a short discovery call and billed at the same $220/hr nonprofit rate.
NetSuite
Sync grant and budget data so leadership sees real-time spend vs. award without leaving monday.com. Recent projects have ranged 10–35 hours depending on data volume and directionality.
Bill.com
One-way sync of vendor invoices into a grant management board, so approvals in monday.com flow straight to your finance system. Typically around 5 hours for a single-direction feed.
QuickBooks
Pull financial data into monday.com dashboards without re-entering it, keeping QuickBooks as the system of record.
Raiser’s Edge
Keep Raiser’s Edge as your donation system of record and add a monday.com layer for real-time relationship management — who’s been contacted, who hasn’t, and by whom.
Salsa CRM
Full migration off Salsa, including donor records and donation history, for organizations moving to monday.com as their primary CRM.
Little Green Light
Consolidate or migrate off LGL — often a net cost savings for smaller contact volumes.
Bloomerang
Extend Bloomerang’s donor tracking with the multi-year, institutional-grant management it wasn’t built to handle.
Stripe
Sync online donations directly into your donations pipeline, auto-matched to existing donor records. No manual entry, no missed gifts from online campaigns.
GoFundMe / Givebutter
Auto-import campaign donations into your donor pipeline — so every gift is captured, attributed, and visible without anyone touching a spreadsheet.
Mailchimp / Constant Contact
Sync contact lists both ways, or replace with monday.com’s native email sequences for personalized donor touches — often removes the need for a separate tool entirely.
Zapier / Make.com
Connect monday.com to whatever your team already uses. Where existing automations are unreliable, we review and rebuild the logic rather than layering on top of it.
Event & Registration Platforms
Sync event registrations and attendee data into your program and donor boards so every interaction is tracked in context.
Travel & Expense Tools
One-way sync of travel and expense data into the grants or programs they’re billed against — so grant spend reporting doesn’t require a manual reconciliation every time.
Claude / AI Assistant Setup
Connect Claude to your monday.com boards, inbox, and calendar, plus training so your team can use it day to day. The kind of AI integration that actually gets used — because it’s built around your workflows, not a generic prompt guide.
How Pricing Works
Integration complexity varies a lot — data volume, one-way vs. two-way sync, API maturity of the source system, and whether data needs cleaning before it moves. Rather than guessing at a price upfront, we scope after a short conversation and give you a clear hour estimate before any work begins.
The $220/hr nonprofit rate applies to all integration and add-on work, whether you’re connecting one tool or five.
Single-system integration
5–35 hrs
Depends on data volume, directionality, and system complexity. Simple one-way feeds sit at the low end; bi-directional syncs with large datasets sit at the high end.
Full CRM migration
15–25 hrs
Typical range for moving records from Raiser’s Edge, Salsa, LGL, or Bloomerang to monday.com, including data cleaning and validation.
Nonprofit hourly rate
$220/hr
The same rate applies across all integration add-on work. Scope is agreed before any work begins.
