Solutions Package · Nonprofit
Nonprofits running grant-funded programs shouldn’t have to choose between three platforms. We built the Nonprofit Package so they don’t have to.
7 Modules, One Build
The Problem
Grant-funded programs run on two systems that don’t talk to each other: a finance tool that holds the real numbers, and a donor or case tracker everyone actually works in. That gap shows up everywhere.
Not a technology problem. A visibility problem.
What’s Included
Every organization’s mix is different. Start with all 7 modules below, or pick only what you need — pricing adjusts to match. Structures, not spreadsheets. Dashboards, not manual reports. A system your team can actually run on.
Every donor, partner, and vendor in one place, segmented by type and giving history.
One-time and recurring gifts, auto-matched from GoFundMe, Givebutter, Stripe, Bloomerang, direct mail, and manual entry.
The full lifecycle — research, drafting, submission, award, implementation, reporting — with award amounts, deadlines, audit documents, and spend roll-ups.
An intake-to-exit pipeline: referral, screening, move-in prep, active case management, exit. Task playbooks auto-generate at every stage.
Org- and household-level rollups of total giving and case history, so you always see the full picture at a glance.
For grant-funded service billing, tied directly to the families and programs they support.
Grant drawdown, donor pipeline value, case pipeline by stage. Built in from day one — not added later as an afterthought.

Who It’s For
Director-level buyers at nonprofits with roughly 11–200 employees — family services and shelters, advocacy organizations, education-access nonprofits, and animal welfare groups — managing donor relationships, grant reporting, and program or case delivery.
The inflection point where a spreadsheet stops working, but a fully custom enterprise build isn’t worth the cost. That’s exactly where the Nonprofit Package lives.
Family Services & Shelters
Case management and donor tracking in one place.
Advocacy Organizations
Grant lifecycle and contact CRM without manual reports.
Education Access
Scholarship pipelines and donor engagement in one view.
Animal Welfare
Intake, outcome, and donor tracking built for your workflows.

FAQ
No — the package is modular by design. You can start with the full build at $4,500 or select only the modules you need and we scope accordingly. The only requirement is a short discovery call so we understand your current setup before we define scope and price.
Yes — integrations are scoped separately and billed at the same $220/hr nonprofit rate. Complexity varies a lot depending on data volume and direction (one-way vs. two-way), so we scope integrations after the discovery call. See our Integration Add-Ons page for the full list and typical effort ranges.
Not necessarily. A common approach is to keep your legacy donor platform as the system of record for historical data and donations, while layering monday.com on top for real-time relationship management, grant tracking, and case management. Full migrations are an option too if you want to consolidate. We’ll recommend the right path after we understand your setup.
Week 1 is a kickoff call and intake: we confirm scope, gather your segment structure, and set calendar holds. Weeks 2–3 are the build: boards, automations, and data loaded into your monday account. Week 4 is walkthrough, training, and go-live. The 4-week estimate applies to the full 7-module package; smaller builds are typically faster.
No. We can help you set up a monday.com account as part of the engagement if you don’t have one yet. If you already have an account, we build in a dedicated workspace so the Nonprofit Package is isolated from anything else you run.
