  • Managed Templates enable workflow builders to better manage standardized workflows at scale. Users can create one template from a workspace that will act as a "master template." All new workspaces created from this template (known as "child templates") will receive updates made to the managed template to keep all related workflows aligned.

✏️ NOTE: This Enterprise-only feature is currently in Beta, meaning that it is not available to all users and is still being perfected by the monday.com team.

  • Custom workflow builder: You can tap into the custom builder to set up custom automations for your team! As one of monday.com’s newest features, the custom builder allows you to create automation combinations tailored to your team's needs and make them fit perfectly into your workflow.

You can also sync your existing tools with the custom builder by leveraging monday.com’s endless integrations. Here is a quick preview of what it looks like in monday.com:

✏️ NOTE: This feature is gradually being released to Enterprise accounts, so if you don't see it on yours yet, you will soon. You may be able to opt into the Workflow Builder sooner - ask your monday.com Account Manager or PS Partner for more details.

  • WorkCanvas: Tap into your creative side by building impactful visuals to collaborate with your team! Whether you are working with a team or in an individual capacity, WorkCanvas streamlines your creative process with an online, digital whiteboard that assists you with creating flow charts, building mood boards, outlining meeting agendas, mapping out a SWOT analysis, and so much more.

  • Conditional status changes in monday CRM: set specific conditions for status updates, ensuring that each and every important detail is included in your sales process, truly customizing monday CRM to reflect your organization’s business processes! What does this mean? Certain conditions, set by a board owner, must be met in order for a member of your team to change a status column to a specific label. For example, in order to mark a deal as "won," your team member needs to complete the "amount" field.
