Solution Package · Account-Based Selling
A productized monday.com install for teams that sell account-first. We strip out the default Leads board, customize the standard ABS template to your industries and stages, and train your team. The foundation now — customization when you're ready.

The Problem
monday's default CRM onboarding is designed around a Lead-to-Deal qualification flow. That works well for high-volume inbound teams — but for companies that sell account-first, it creates immediate confusion. Reps don't know where to start. Data ends up in the wrong places. The system feels wrong from day one.
Account-Based Selling teams need accounts at the center — not as a secondary step after a lead gets qualified. This package skips the Leads board entirely and installs an account-first CRM the way your team actually sells.
What's Included
A dedicated workspace, the standard 7-board ABS architecture, your industries and stages customized, your team trained. Anything beyond the base is sold separately as an add-on or Hours Package work.
Default monday CRM's Lead-to-Deal qualification flow stripped out. Qualification happens from Accounts and Contacts directly.
Accounts (the hub), Contacts, Opportunities, Activities, Products & Services, Client Projects, Quotes & Invoices — all relationship-linked.
We prune the standard 47-industry list down to the 5 you actually sell into. Cleaner dropdowns, less rep friction.
Your stage names, in your language. Pipeline view grouped by stage, Kanban, and Sales Report views ready on Opportunities.
The Accounts board's built-in button that spins up an Opportunity directly from an Account. The heart of the account-first flow.
Account activity tracking, won-deal handoffs to Client Projects, qualified-contact notifications. The standard set built and active.
60-minute recorded session, 4-page quickstart guide, admin documentation. One session, whole team, going live confident.
Same standard playbook, same outcome, every customer. That's how we hold the fixed-fee — no scope-creep negotiations, no surprises.
How It Works
Each phase has a defined outcome. You'll know exactly what's happening and what we need from you, every step of the way.
60-minute kickoff. Short intake form: your segments, your in-flight customer list, calendar holds. The lightest possible start.
Dedicated workspace deployed in your monday account, segments customized, 7–8 standard automations built, up to 20 in-flight customers loaded. Delivery Lead QA pass.
60-minute combined training session, recorded. Quickstart guide delivered. Go-live readiness sign-off. Automations toggled active. Handoff email sent.
Engagement closes cleanly. Your team owns the system. Add-ons and customization come back as separate conversations when you're ready.
What This Package Returns
Most onboarding-system projects fail because they try to do too much before the team has lived in the system. This package inverts that. Get the foundation in 3 to 4 weeks; live in it for 30 to 60 days; come back for the customization you actually need.

Best For
B2B sales teams (SMB or mid-market) that target named accounts rather than working a large pool of inbound leads. Teams switching from another CRM where the lead-qualification flow doesn't match how they actually sell, or teams new to monday CRM who want a guided account-first setup. Buyer profile: VP of Sales, Head of RevOps, Founder, COO.
Not For
Demand-gen teams that genuinely run a Lead → MQL → SQL → Deal motion — the default monday CRM is fine for you. Also not for transactional B2C, or teams that need a deeply customized sales process from day one (Hours Package route instead). We'll route you to the right shape if it isn't this one.
Pricing
Fixed-fee productized engagements are easier to budget for, faster to approve, and remove the back-and-forth of custom proposals. You know exactly what's in the box. Add-ons quoted separately when you're ready.

Why OrangeDot
We've set up monday.com CRMs for account-based sales teams across manufacturing, SaaS, professional services, and more. Every time, the goal is the same: an account-based system where reps can see everything they need, accounts and opportunities connect cleanly, and the Leads board doesn't get in the way.
The base build is what we now install for every team that wants the account-first foundation without committing to a full custom engagement. From there, the customization you pay for is the customization you actually need.

No — data migration is sold separately as an add-on, and it's the most common one teams add to this package. The base build installs a clean, empty ABS workspace structured the way account-based sales teams work. After training, you load your accounts, contacts, and opportunities. If you have 50–500+ records in another CRM you want migrated in, that's a quick follow-on conversation.
That's actually a strong case for the base build — you get our proven ABS template installed, your team uses it for 30 to 60 days, and the customization you pay for next is the customization you actually need. If you want a custom-designed sales process from day one, that's a different engagement — talk to us about an Hours Package.
Yes — teams switching from another CRM are our most common buyer. The ABS template doesn't try to look like HubSpot or Salesforce; it gives you an account-first structure that works on its own terms. Bringing your historical data over is a separate add-on we quote based on the volume and structure of your existing records.
Your team owns the system. We hand off admin documentation, the recorded training, and a quickstart guide. Most clients come back within 60 days for one of our Hours Packages or for a specific add-on (data migration is the most common). You're never locked in — but the door stays open.
The base build is intentionally fixed scope — that's how we hold the $2,500 fixed-fee and the 2 to 3 week timeline. If you want something materially different (custom sales stages beyond 5, integrations, custom dashboards, second training session), those are add-ons or a separate Hours Package engagement. We'll quote based on what you actually need.
Yes — the workspace is structured to be extended. If your team eventually wants to add an inbound Lead flow that feeds into the Accounts board, that's a straightforward addition. The Accounts board stays as the source of truth; Leads just becomes a feeder into it. Talk to us when you're ready.
